Our Shop and Services

TAG Collision Repair Center is a part of the Automotive Group, owners of North County Ford, North County Jeep, GMC, Kia, Valley Toyota and North County Pontiac.

Our shop facility has over 17,000 square feet of indoor space. This includes 12,000 sq ft of metal repair shop and 6000 sq ft in a separate building dedicated to refinishing operations. In addition, we have a fenced in parking for vehicles that are awaiting authorization for repairs. Our ample customer parking is located directly in front of the shop with easy access parking spots.

TAG Collision has put together a winning team of experienced collision professionals. All of our metal repair technicians have completed all appropriate I-CAR courses and have completed the ASE certification tests. Our refinish department staffs have both I-CAR and ASE certifications as well, not to mention an impressive list of vendor-conducted courses. Our manager, estimators and support staff have years of experience and I-CAR certifications.

TAG Collision’s equipment represents the latest advance in collision technology. We have invested in eight frame racks, computer measuring equipment, mig welders, spot welders, A/C recycling-recharging equipment, computer alignment rack, tire changing and balance equipment that can handle custom wheels or run-flat tires.

Our paint shop features state-of-the-art equipment. This includes three downdraft climate controlled spray booths and prep stations with infrared curing and much more. We have created one of the best-equipped facilities in San Diego County.

We are experts in all makes and models. Whether you drive a Honda, a Ford, BMW or Jeep or for that matter anything in between, our technicians are experts in all makes and models.
